Regener8 Health & Wellness, LLC

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 25, 2026

What we collect

  • Identity: name, date of birth, sex, phone, email, and mailing address you submit on a consultation request or order form.
  • Consultation and order details: the health questions you answer, the program or panel selected, appointment preferences, and any notes you provide.
  • Payment: payment is handled by our third-party payment processor; full card numbers never touch our servers. We retain only the processor’s transaction identifiers for accounting and refund purposes.
  • Lab results: when results return from LabCorp, they are stored securely in your patient record at PracticeQ for provider review.

How we use your information

  • To fulfill your lab order and send you the requisition.
  • To connect you with a licensed Regener8 clinician and provide your information and any results to them for review.
  • To send transactional emails (order confirmation, results-ready notification).
  • To respond to support inquiries.
  • We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not display targeted advertising based on your identity.

SMS / text messaging

  • If you opt in to text messages, Regener8 sends recurring messages such as appointment reminders, order updates, and customer-service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. You can also email us to opt out.
  • Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • We record the date, time, and IP address of your opt-in as evidence of consent.

Service providers

We share information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the service:

  • Payment processor — processes card payments made at checkout on our websites, and receives your name, email, and card details. Regener8 currently uses Stripe; their Privacy Policy applies to data they process.
  • PracticeQ (IntakeQ) — patient record system and billing. Holds your patient record for clinician review, and issues and processes the invoices for consultations, clinical services, and medication plans. Operates under a signed Business Associate Agreement.
  • LabCorp — receives a lab requisition with your name, date of birth, and panel order to perform the specimen draw and analysis.
  • Supabase — hosts our application database. Stores order details under encryption.
  • Vercel — hosts the website itself. Receives request metadata (IP, user agent) for traffic and security.
  • GoHighLevel — customer relationship management, used only with non-clinical contact details (name, email, phone) for follow-up communications.

Data retention

We retain order records for the period required by law and applicable state healthcare-records regulations (typically 7 years). You may request deletion of non-mandatory records by emailing us; mandatory records are retained per regulation.

Your rights

You may request: (a) a copy of the personal information we hold about you; (b) correction of inaccurate information; (c) deletion of information not required by law to retain. Email dt@regener8now.com to exercise these rights.

Security

We protect your information with industry-standard practices: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest in our database, restricted-access systems with audit logging, and signed Business Associate Agreements with healthcare-handling subprocessors.

Children

Regener8 does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
