Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using any Regener8 website — including regener8now.com, start.regener8now.com, labs.regener8now.com, and the patient portal — or by submitting a consultation request or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Service description

Regener8 Health & Wellness, LLC (“Regener8,” “we,” “us”) provides remote consultations with licensed clinicians, clinician-directed wellness programs, standardized diagnostic blood panels, and prescription medications where a clinician determines they are appropriate. Prescriptions are filled and dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies, not by Regener8. Specific offerings may change without notice.

Blood panels are ordered through our partner laboratory, LabCorp. When you order a panel, we send a lab requisition to LabCorp. You walk into any LabCorp location, the laboratory draws and processes the specimen, and a Regener8 provider reviews the results.

Submitting an intake form or attending a consultation does not guarantee a prescription, a treatment plan, or any specific clinical outcome. Whether to prescribe, treat, or recommend anything is the independent judgment of a licensed clinician. Diagnostic blood panels are wellness tools and do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment plan, or replacement for medical advice.

The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order. By submitting the order form, you represent that the information you provide (including name, date of birth, and address) is accurate and matches a government-issued ID.

SMS / text messaging program

By opting in to Regener8 text messages you agree to receive recurring automated messages (e.g., appointment reminders, order updates, and customer-service messages) at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Payment

Regener8 charges for its services in two ways, and which one applies is disclosed to you before you owe anything:

  • Card payment at checkout. Diagnostic blood panels and other items purchased directly on our websites are paid by card at the time of purchase, through our third-party payment processor. Full card numbers never touch our servers.
  • Invoice. Consultations, clinical services, and medication plans are invoiced to you through our patient record system. You receive the invoice and pay it directly.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. State and local taxes are added where applicable. The descriptor shown on your card statement is displayed to you before you confirm a card purchase.

Recurring medication plans

If your clinician prescribes an ongoing medication plan and you choose to enroll, the plan is invoiced on a recurring cycle of one, two, or three months, depending on the plan. Before your first invoice we disclose the amount, the length of the cycle, and when the next invoice is due. A plan continues until you cancel it.

You may cancel at any time by contacting your care team or emailing dt@regener8now.com. Cancellation applies to the next cycle and stops future invoices. A cycle that has already been dispensed or shipped is not refunded and is not prorated. Cancelling a plan does not cancel a lab order already dispatched, does not end your relationship with your clinician, and does not affect your right to copies of your records.

Continuing a medication plan may require an updated consultation, current lab work, or a new prescription at your clinician’s discretion. We are not able to continue dispensing without the clinical review your clinician requires.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full refund terms. In short: blood panels are fully refundable until the lab requisition is sent and not after; consultation fees are not refundable once the consultation takes place; and medications are not refundable once dispensed or shipped.

Lab partnership disclosures

Specimens are drawn and analyzed by independent CLIA-certified laboratories. Their terms of service apply to the draw and any laboratory-related disputes. We do not warrant or guarantee laboratory turnaround times, specimen acceptance, or analytic accuracy beyond what the laboratories themselves provide.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit false or another person's information; (b) use the service to harass, abuse, or harm any person; (c) attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the site; (d) resell or redistribute orders obtained through this service.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regener8 Health & Wellness, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
